    Returns and Refunds Policy
    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase on arrival, you can either return your order for a refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the date of receipt. Our returns policy excludes made to order products or those with a short shelf life ( including but not limited to Cquence 1-4, Colostrum Gel & Sebugel ). Returned or exchanged products must be unopened and in the original condition you received them in. Return costs are for your own account and shipments may need to be returned to country of manufacture. A 10% restocking fee is applicable to returned orders.

    Order Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes
    Average delivery time for airmail is usually 7 to 14 working days for most destinations from time of mailing. This is only an average time frame and is not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment. This may be caused by a variety of factors such as postal strikes, customs and other factors outside our area of control.
